The client teams work comfortably with our offshore teams, making use of the time differences to get a longer working cycle (18 X 7 for Europe and near 24 X 7 for USA).

Emphasis on 'Sensitivity and Non Disclosure - All team members understand the importance of IP and sign project-specific NDAs at the beginning of each project. The set processes and guidelines ensure the logical and physical separation of data and teams.
IP rights - Our job is to develop applications for the clients, and hence all rights to the IP remain with our clients. Even when we use generic frameworks to build applications, we pass on the application rights to the clients. Ramsoft retains only the rights of our internal frameworks, and uses it for other projects.
Projects specific offshore development processes - These are in the form of templates and the project team fills them for each project. This ensures smooth project execution and we strictly follow it in addition to standard software engineering methodologies.
Networked infrastructure - For un-interruptible connectivity between distributed teams- clients' and ours. Depending on the interaction needs between the teams, clients can choose communication options ranging from 'low cost' dial-ups to point-to-point links.
Custom bonded ware-house - Cuts delays in shipping deliverables or loan items back and forth. This is particularly useful in loaning hardware or software (instead of procuring them afresh) on a 'returnable basis' to Ramsoft teams
